As the world is dominated by the internet which is now the primary tool of communication and source of information, legal services and modes of settling legal disputes have also evolved to fit into the modern era especially for people who live and operate in various countries and jurisdictions. FiPa Legal Consulting is organized and registered in the Netherlands on the 28th of August 2019 with registration number KVK 75691965 (RSIN/Fiscal number/BSN 3156.32.331) by Atty. Gay Calumpit Ramos, a Filipino lawyer with Roll of Attorneys No. 60747 and a Chemical Engineer in the Philippines with license no. 21565. LL.M International Business Law, VU Amsterdam, Netherlands.

I. Intellectual Property Rights

a. International filing of applications under PCT for Patents and Trademarks under Madrid System. Registration of Industrial Designs, Geographical Indications, Copyrights (for purposes of business transactions, sometimes they can be registered), and related rights in the Philippines.

b. Search of existing Patents and Trademarks, internationally.

c. Prosecution and handling of cases on infringement of intellectual property rights in the Philippines.

II. Other Legal Services (Philippines only)

  2. Recognition of Foreign Divorce Decree/Annulment of Marriage
  3. Adoption/Guardianship
  4. Legal Compliance in Government Agencies
  5. Civil or criminal cases
  6. Administrative cases
  7. Enforcement of foreign judgments/agreements in the Philippines.

III. Mediation, Arbitration, and contract drafting related thereto including recognition and enforcement in the Philippines.

FiPa Legal Consulting shall only charge based on the prevailing consulting fee which is not violative of Dutch Competition Act, and if the case is referred to another lawyer after consultation, the corresponding fees shall be paid to the latter. If FiPa Legal Consulting is involved all through out, the corresponding fees shall be charged.

Referrals to other lawyers and practitioners in other jurisdictions are also possible but not guaranteed. If no consultation is involved as the case is not within the expertise of FiPa Legal Consulting, referrals shall be free of charge.
